The season 3 finale of HGTV’s Fixer Upper ended on a high note. The carriage house embodies Joanna Gaines’ style and is furnished for the most part by her Magnolia Home Furniture line. The kitchen is nothing less than stunning with copper accents, a muted color palette, and clean lines.
While Joanna spared no expense, we can! I went ahead and recreated the rooms in the carriage house, focusing on the kitchen for this particular room re-creation. I hope you’re inspired and you’re able to recreate the look for less!
What I like about this kitchen is that it’s affordable to recreate and even gives some wiggle room in your budget to splurge on several Magnolia Market items that Joanna used in staging. If you haven’t checked out the latest merchandise from Magnolia Market you’re missing out! The bowls below are from Joanna’s online store.
As you can imagine, copper is expensive, but used sparingly, you can stretch your budget while creating a high end look. One of the places Joanna shops for pulls and other hardware is online at Build.com They have similar, if not the same copper style hardware and faucet available for purchase on their website. The copper accents make this kitchen one of my top favorites from all three seasons of Fixer Upper.
Not everyone has an office space in their kitchen and even fewer have a space that isn’t cluttered with mail, papers, etc. Joanna did a great job creating a work space that doesn’t scream office. It’s clean, decorative, and practical.

Few people have a unique backsplash like this! The simple shelf and accessories above compliment, not detract from the backsplash and Bertazzoni stove (normally stoves are nothing to write home about, but in this case, I’m going to write away!).

The Kichler Ryegate 2 Light Pendant in Antique Copper is currently sold out without an estimated restocking date. I was able to locate the exact pendant lattern on eBay and only 2 left on Houzz in Olde Bronze. If you’re the lucky one who snatches these up, I would love to know and see how they look in your home! Below are a few similar pendant lanterns that are budget friendly and readily available.
I hope you enjoyed today’s room re-creation! Check back soon for another Fixer Upper makeover!
